  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Certain items, including custom orders and special parts, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer support team for clarification on these items.
  2. Restocking Fee

    • All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 832-460-5610. We will provide further instructions for completing the return process.
    • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Certain parts may not be eligible for returns due to their nature. These items include, but are not limited to:
      • Custom or special order parts
      • Electronic components that have been installed
      • Items that have been modified or damaged after delivery
